Последний абзац - очень точно сказано. Он говорит:
«Было ли ошибкой называть сроки? Если не ставить сроки, не будет давления. Компания делает свою работу, но мы не можем расслабляться. Я оказываю давление на свою команду внутри клуба и стараюсь максимально давить на строительную компанию».
Верная стратегия. Сейчас кто-то скажет - облажались со сроками, поэтому так говорит. Но бремя доказательства лежит на утверждающем.
